Synopsis

The GReece Economic and Algorithmic Theory Week will bring together researchers from academia and industrial research working in the interface between economic theory and algorithms. Topics include mechanism design, market design, computational equilibria, price of anarchy, selfish routing, market equilibrium, and social networks and applications such as spectrum auctions, advertising auctions, and crowdsourcing. There will be a technical program of short talks given by invitees as well as ample time for informal discussion and collaboration.

Locale

GREAT Week takes place on the Greek island of Paros. Accommodation for participants is at the Santa Maria Beach in bungalows on the beach front. The technical program will be held in the Nireas Conference Room in Naoussa.

We suggest arrivals be on Friday, July 18 and departures on Thursday, July 24. We suggest flying to Athens and taking a ferry or plane from there. Options include:

The Santa Maria Surfing Beach Village provides bus service from the ferry port of Paros to the Santa Maria Beach.
